📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements using tools like Visio and PowerPoint.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel and Tableau to analyze service performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service operations and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and service metrics to ensure operational excellence.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in service operations.
• Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations process analysis, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
