Admin Project & Improvement (FTTH & HFC Network)

In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless project execution and continuous improvement of our FTTH and HFC networks across Jakarta Timur.

As an Admin Project & Improvement, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain project documentation using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of quality assurance processes for FTTH and HFC networks.
• Support the development and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the PMO team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
