📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking ingredients.
• Work closely with the head baker to follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
• Assist in the daily operations of the bakery, including managing schedules and coordinating with the team.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to the head baker.
• Assist in the packaging and presentation of baked goods to meet customer expectations.
• Support the team in achieving daily and weekly production targets.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
