Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing a team of logistics professionals to deliver exceptional service and efficiency.

As a Logistics Transportation Manager at Sailun Manufacturing Indonesia, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the movement of goods and materials. You'll work closely with our procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, while also managing the distribution of finished products to our customers. Your daily tasks will include route optimization, fleet management, and vendor negotiations, all aimed at minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics and transportation operations.
• Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Optimize routes and schedules using advanced software like SAP or Oracle.
• Negotiate with vendors and carriers to secure competitive rates and reliable service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Manage the distribution of finished products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality service.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols for all logistics and transportation activities.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
