📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies in invoices.
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Handle payment processing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoice processing and financial administration.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
