Distribution & Logistics Administrator - Bali (Prabumulih Depot Operations)

As a Distribution & Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our depot in Bali. You will work closely with our sales and distribution teams to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently and on time. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics and distribution processes, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the distribution and logistics operations of the Prabumulih Depot in Bali.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers in Bali.
• Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Implement and maintain logistics and distribution processes using SAP and other relevant software.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of distribution and logistics operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on the performance of the depot and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and distribution management.
• Proven experience in managing depot operations and ensuring efficient delivery of products.
• Strong understanding of SAP and other logistics management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
