You'll assist in managing employee records, organizing HR events, and supporting the HR team with administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing employee records and databases using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.
• Help with the preparation and distribution of employee communications and newsletters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
• Help with the coordination of recruitment activities and candidate follow-ups.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic HR concepts and practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time during the internship period.
