📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and approach potential customers to promote vehicle financing and refinancing products.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Present financing solutions to clients, explaining the benefits and terms of the products.
Negotiate and close deals to secure new clients for Mandiri Andalan Utama.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of financial products and services, including vehicle financing and refinancing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
