JAPFA Food is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues.,Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage inventory and raw materials to optimize production efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and product quality.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software is a plus.,Indonesian language proficiency is required; English proficiency is a plus.
