📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion in the travel and tourism industry.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the travel sector.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer experiences and increase market share.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of growth initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the travel and tourism industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of market research and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
