• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final implementation.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, developers, and security experts.

• Leverage cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Implement best practices in project management, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Trello to track progress and manage tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the defence and public security sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the defence or public security sectors.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network security.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Trello.
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites across Indonesia.
