📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the processing and management of energy-related insurance claims using ClaimWorks and SAP.
• Support the claims team by gathering and verifying necessary documentation.
• Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and complaints related to energy claims.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of claim handling procedures.
• Learn and apply industry best practices for claim management.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for claim settlements.
• Support the claims team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assist in the training of new team members on claim handling processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic insurance concepts and claim handling processes.
• Basic knowledge of ClaimWorks or similar claim management software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
