📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Conduct basic data entry and maintenance of HR records.
• Assist in organizing and participating in HR-related events and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Learn and understand our company's culture, values, and recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar ATS.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
