📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the GA department in managing office administration, including document management and travel arrangements.
• Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
• Support the GA department in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR and GA strategies.
• Assist in the organization of corporate events and activities.
• Support the HR department in managing employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or GA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
