In this hybrid/remote role, you’ll work closely with our finance team to manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounting Associate at Sunnies Studios, you’ll be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and monitoring cash flow. You’ll use tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software to maintain accurate financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
- Manage invoicing and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow to identify trends and potential issues.
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
