• Provide Level 3 technical support for SQL and AWS-based applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing system efficiency.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance to enhance overall system responsiveness.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring security and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in application support, with a focus on SQL and AWS.
• Certifications in AWS, SQL Server, and Windows Server are a plus.
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL query optimization.
