We are looking for a dedicated and professional Waiter to join our team at Sentral Budi Medical Center in Tulungagung. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers to find their seats and take orders.,Take and record customer orders accurately and promptly.,Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and well-presented table during and after service.,Handle customer complaints and complaints professionally and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.,Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage knowledge.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Fluent in Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
