📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media performance and insights to senior management.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.,Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
