Pratama Telecom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be based in Medan, Sumatera Utara. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and patrolling designated areas to prevent and deter unauthorized access.,Conducting regular security checks and inspections of the premises.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies, and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.,Maintaining and operating security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems.,Working with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies to maintain a safe and secure environment.,Providing assistance to visitors and employees, and ensuring their safety and comfort.,Preparing and maintaining security reports and documentation.,Participating in security drills and training sessions to maintain and improve security skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent qualification.,Familiarity with security equipment and technology.,Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
