Powen Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join our team for M&E projects in Bali. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quantity surveying processes for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quantity surveying processes for electrical projects, including cost planning, estimating, and cost control.,Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, schedules, and reports for electrical work packages.,Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the accuracy of cost data and identify any discrepancies.,Prepare and submit progress claims, final accounts, and other financial reports to clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on electrical projects.,Proven track record of managing and delivering M&E projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and cost control processes.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
