📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for automation equipment using SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mechanical design and automation.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Mentor and train junior engineers in mechanical design and SolidWorks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our design processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the automation industry.
• Proven experience with SolidWorks and other CAD/CAM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, ANSI, and ASME.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
