NXP Semiconductors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A Specialist to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reports and forecasts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strategic financial plans and budgets for the business unit.,Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making.,Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Monitor and manage financial performance against budget and forecast targets.,Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.,Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Provide training and guidance to junior FP&A staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis techniques and tools.,Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
