📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section.,Leading and managing a team of employees.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Managing budgets and resources allocated to the section.,Reporting to senior management on section performance and progress.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to team members.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges within the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
