📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in business development activities and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
