📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, polite, and attentive to customer needs.,Ensure accurate cash handling by counting and depositing cash, handling change, and managing cash drawers.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking products and cleaning cash registers.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, and cash handling.,Stay up-to-date with promotions, discounts, and new products to assist customers effectively.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or cashier position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, while English proficiency is a plus.
