📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety protocols.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.,Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Familiarity with food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
