📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
