OT Security Managed Services Practitioner - Bali (Remote/Hybrid)

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents in OT environments. You will leverage industry-leading tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems), and other security technologies to ensure the integrity and availability of critical systems. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work remotely while maintaining a strong presence in our Bali office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze security events in OT environments using SIEM and IDS/IPS systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures tailored to client requirements.
• Provide incident response and remediation services to address security breaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and best practices in OT security.
• Deliver regular reports and updates to clients on security status and recommendations.
• Participate in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in OT security, with a strong background in industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience with SIEM and IDS/IPS systems, including Splunk, QRadar, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with remote and hybrid work environments is a plus.
