📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and visibility in retail stores.
• Oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, from product development to customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion and innovation.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock rotation to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with retail standards and regulations, and drive continuous improvement in merchandising practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role in the consumer products industry.
