📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end import/export processes, including customs clearance, documentation, and compliance.
• Oversee the entire logistics process, from ordering raw materials to delivering finished products to clients.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
• Use industry-leading tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other logistics management software to streamline operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and customs management, with a strong focus on global trade operations.
• Certification in customs brokerage or international trade compliance is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end import/export processes.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs laws.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, and other industry-standard tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics.
