ORBIT Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our retail operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer service excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop shop assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
