Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects in Belawan, Sumatera Utara,Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations,Provide technical support and guidance to project teams,Participate in remote tasks and meetings as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Proficiency in using construction management software,Valid driver's license and ability to travel,Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
