📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.,Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed successfully.,Maintain a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in a related field.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
