NEXUS Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. This is an urgent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing restaurant in Makassar. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they meet high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling practices.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.,Oversee daily food production, including cooking, baking, and plating.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent culinary experience.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
