📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to financial reporting and accounting.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of financial resources.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Manage the company's relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
