📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
  • Provide training and documentation to help employees understand and use our IT systems effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our IT department.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
