CV Garuda Maha is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Kebumen. As a Deputy HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs as needed.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR team in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
