📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize costs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the training and development of new drivers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
