BALIMMO DEVELOPMENT GROUP is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior OTA Reservation & Revenue professional to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in managing online travel agency (OTA) reservations and maximizing revenue for our properties.

As a Senior OTA Reservation & Revenue, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservation process, ensuring high occupancy rates, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance our OTA performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and optimize OTA reservations to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor and analyze OTA performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement OTA strategies.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in OTA management.
• Maintain and update OTA inventory and rate plans.
• Provide regular reports on OTA performance to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on OTA management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OTA reservation and revenue management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing OTA reservations and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
