Sinar Panelindo Utama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employment Law Specialist to join our HR Legal team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring that our company adheres to all employment laws and regulations, providing legal support and guidance to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian employment law and a proven track record in handling complex legal issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and guidance on employment-related matters to the HR department and management.,Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.,Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and procedures.,Handle legal disputes and grievances related to employment issues.,Conduct training sessions for HR staff on employment law updates and best practices.,Monitor and report on employment law changes and their potential impact on the company.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.,At least 5 years of experience in employment law, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Excellent legal research and writing skills.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
