PT Dinamika Persada is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and orders.,Provide product information and answer customer questions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Support the sales team in achieving their monthly and quarterly targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
