📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules to meet daily targets.,Ensure all production equipment is in good working condition and maintain it as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.,Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Report any production issues or bottlenecks to the management team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of production strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software is a plus.,Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
