Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance,Develop and implement documentation strategies to improve user experience,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create technical content for promotional materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
