Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries and desserts,Follow recipes and instructions to create high-quality desserts,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen,Assist in stock management and inventory control,Learn and apply new techniques and recipes,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff,Participate in quality control and taste testing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking methods,Familiarity with various types of pastries and desserts,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools
