As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, payments, and financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process invoices, payments, and financial records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections for all client accounts.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and financial operations.
- Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
