📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Oversee and coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular operational reviews to assess performance and make necessary adjustments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
